CAMP INFORMATION
Deposits: $200.00 non-refundable: *Personal Checks - will be accepted for full payments, deposits and balances on or before to July 1, 2008. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL any payments after July 1. Any balance payments remaining after July 1 must be paid at on-site registration. Personal checks will NOT be accepted after July 1. *Balance Due - Balance Payments may be made by
personal checks on or before July 1. Outstanding Balances after July 1,
can be paid on-line or on-site at camp check-in / registration. Acceptable methods of
payment made at on-site check-in / registration are: money orders, cash, or CREDIT CARD (MC or VISA - a $10.00
processing fee will be added
to all credit card payments). NEW for Combo and Team Camps:
School or Club Teams registering 24 or more resident players will receive a
$20.00/per player
cash rebate once all team members check-in (24 or more must check-in to receive
rebate). to Deerfield Academy via MapquestCOMBO-TEAM CAMP and TEAM CAMP at Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, Massachusetts. Deerfield Academy is one of the oldest and most renowned private schools in the country. Deerfield's facilities include 14 manicured grass fields, an ice arena for indoor play, a swimming pool, and newly built dormitories. Deerfield Academy is located 2 hours northwest of Boston, and 40 minutes north of Springfield, MA. Take the Mass Pike to Exit #4 and then take the I-91 North. Follow I-91 north and take Exit #24 (Deerfield/Conway). After exiting, take a right onto Routes 5 & 10. Proceed 4.8 miles and take a left onto Memorial Street (at the Sunoco gas station). Take a right at the stop sign and an immediate left onto campus. From points north of Deerfield, take I-91 south to Exit #25. After exiting, take the second left onto Routes 5 & 10. Proceed 4 miles and take a left onto Memorial Street. Take a right at the stop sign and an immediate left onto the campus. Transportation: All sites have easy access from major highways. Bus, train, and air services are also available to most sites. Bradley International Airport services the University of Massachusetts and Deerfield Academy. White Mountain Sports does not provide any means of transportation for its campers. It is the sole responsibility of all campers to make their own travel arrangements. While not encouraged, campers are permitted to drive themselves to camp. Once campers with cars arrive, they will be given specific parking information and their car keys should be give to the Camp Director for keeping during the duration of the camp program. Key will be returned at the close of the program. Equipment: Each camper should provide her own pillow, bedding (or sleeping bag), stick, cleats, indoor court shoes and/or turf shoes. Shin guards, mouth guards, and water bottles are mandatory. Goalkeepers must bring their own equipment. |
